4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid business license (if required by your jurisdiction).
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your business.
- Have any necessary insurance coverage to perform your services.
5. Exclusive Leads and Lead Usage
- All leads provided by HouseProDirect.com are exclusive, meaning they will not be shared with any other service provider.
- You are responsible for following up with leads promptly and professionally.
- HouseProDirect.com does not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale or contract.
- You may not resell, share, or misuse the leads provided to you.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment for leads is invoiced twice per month, on the 15th and 30th.
- You agree to pay the invoice within 5 business days of receipt.
- All payments are final. We do not offer refunds unless a lead is proven to be invalid or duplicate.
- Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension of lead delivery until payment is received.
7. Monthly Budget and Spending Cap
- You can set a monthly budget for lead purchases. Once the budget is reached, no additional leads will be sent unless you approve an increase.
- If you exceed your monthly budget due to increased demand, we will notify you for approval before sending additional leads.
8. User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and honest information about your business and services.
- Respond to leads promptly and professionally.
- Not use our website or services for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer information obtained through HouseProDirect.com.
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security.
- Provide false or misleading information.
